Had a rock go through the lower part of a window in my house. Contacted them on a Saturday mainly bc they were the only one available. I'm glad I did, came out that Monday measured the insulated glass unit and provided an itemized quote within a couple hours. He was able to install the new unit within a week. Although the expectation was set of a little longer. So that fast of a measurement, ordering to install I wouldn't expect to be typical anywhere really. So the price was right, communication was spot on and timely, proper expectations were set and work was professional and expedient.
